Ileana, that was incredibly heartfelt and certainly speaks for those who have lost a mother, father, son, daughter, brother, or sister as you well know are all non replaceable in our lives here on earth. It is evident that God has ministered greatly to you thru these years that caused you such great pain. His Love reached down and pulled me out of the pit of death, too. Thank you for sharing this…..

I find this very interesting. I grew up in a oneness Church,but never understood that their were racial devides. I lived in a rual community where there were not many people of color. There was sister Clark. She was a beautiful mature black women of Gos. the only Women of color in our church.

What I did find in the Oneness church was a larg devid between the so called spiritual ( really self rightouse spirit) and the Lowly( the I am never going to be good enough to go to heaven). It seemed that there were a lot who wanted to judge and condemn those who they thought didn’t measure up the “their ” standards. It really hurt. I spent a lot of yearsthinking God couldn’t love me beacause I was so bad.

10 years ago, someone showed me the love of God for real. It hurt inside beauce the one thing I wanted all my life I already had all along and couldn’t see it.

I go to a non- denominational church. Spirit filled and full of love. Although it is in a small comunity it is very diverse. I thank God for them.

It will cost us EVERYTHING and until we have come to that realization that CHRIST is ALL E WANT ABOVE ALL ELSE we will not be able to manifest HIS GLORY on earth, but this can change in a day and it has been promised by THE KING of kings so I am praying for it daily and eagerly expecting the fullness of the measure of CHRIST first in my life and then in my beloved brethren so that HE may Return quickly and REIGN for this is HIS EARTH! HIS WILL BE DONE HIS KINGDOM COME! AMEN ! Well put brother Angel! GLORY TO GOD!

It is amazing that throughout the Old Testament and New Testament when the Lord showed up mans response is nearly always the same – they bow down. Now this is not true when Jesus was physically here on earth but when the Lord takes control of someones heart, when people repent of their sins, when they confess the sins that they have hidden and they release their lives in full to His control, they fall on their faces before HIM.
It may be circular reasoning but our church worship services will never change until individual Christians learn how to worship God on an individual basis. Worship throughout Scripture is demonstrated through three primary ACTS: reading of God’s Word, praying (in some manner) and then singing. It is interesting that singing is not ALWAYS seen when worship occurs. However, we humans always make singing the focus our worship. Just interesting.
My prayer for the people God has given me to lead is that they do not learn how just to worship corporately but that they learn how to worship individually. If their hearts don’t worship outside the church then their worship inside the church will be fake. God cares about the heart!
Remember at the end of the day- the church with all her faults and failures still belongs to the Lord. It is His Bride.
Thanks for the reminder of this passage of Scripture.
