For I hear the Lord say, finish what you started! Do not allow distractions get on the way of what is important. Stop the excuses and stop avoiding my will, says God.
“He who is faithful in what least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.”[1] Did I not say that there is time for everything?[2] You claim that you have no time, that you are too busy, but you waste your time day by day in foolish and empty things. Your life is passing you by.
Do you not want to finish your race of the destiny for your life? I gave the Apostle Paul the anointing to finish his race and to keep his faith all the way until the end.[3] That anointing is available for you today.
Remember how excited you were when you started that project? I placed that desire in your heart. Why don’t You trust me! Did I not say that I am faithful to finish the good work I started in you?[4] Resistance will come, discouragement will come, but through all, am I not the Great I am? I am all you need, says God.
It does not matter how simple the task, how insignificant you think it may be; a project around the house, a class, a new degree, a book, a certification, a ministry, a conversation, asking for forgiveness, etc. I am providing you with the anointing to finish what you started.
Be encourage, be courageous; I can’t move any further with you until you obey Me and move according to the vision I planted in your heart. Run with the vision![5] Why are you not moving? Why are you walking? RUN! Go back and see your incomplete projects! Finish what you started! Trust me![6] I will never leave you nor forsake you… do not be discourage![7]
“And in this I give advice: It is to your advantage not only to be doing what you began and were desiring to do a year ago; 11 but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have.” 2 Corinthians 8:10-11 (NKJV)
