Abortion: Statistics for your Butt and Theology

abortion

To end the life of an unborn child is murder before the eyes of God; this is beyond politics; this is a biblical truth.

         First, let me give you some statistics. On reasons for abortion: 56% say it is not the right time for a baby, or a baby would interfere with future opportunities. 40% say they cannot afford to have a child. 31% say they do not want to be a single parent, or have relationship problems with husband or partner.[1] Less than 2% say they became pregnant as a result of rape or incest.[2]

         Abortion is not widely accepted in the United States, as the media would have us believe:

  • 81%do not support the current abortion-on-demand policy, saying abortion should be restricted to, at most, the first three months of pregnancy.
  • 68%oppose taxpayer funding of abortion.
  • 61%support laws that would ban abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy, except to save the life of the mother.
  • 51%believe health care providers and organizations should have the right to opt out of providing abortion services if they have moral objections.[3]

         Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “The Negro  cannot win as long as he is willing to sacrifice the lives  of his children for comfort and safety.”[4]

         So lets talk about some more statistics for a minute. African Americans and Hispanics combine, make up about 28.9% of the population in the United States. However, when it comes down to abortion, we account for over 60% of the abortions in the US every year. We, blacks and Latinos, are the poorest, we are shooting each other and we are killing our own babies. [5] Hey, but no worries, we can dance better, we can run faster, we can jump higher and we can party harder! Right!

        The candidate that the majority of our people will support, Hilary Clinton, tells us that the unborn has no constitutional rights. So one minute before that baby is due to be born, Hillary, your candidate, says it is ok to kill him or her. I submit to you that the reason she gets away with saying such atrocity is because the majority of women aborting their babies are blacks.

         To this statistics lets add the fact that the United States is second to China in abortions per year. Take into consideration that China has a population of 1.37 billion people, compare to our 318.86 million. Here is the list per nation, according to Life News, (http://www.lifenews.com/2015/08/05/worldwide-only-china-and-russia-do-more-abortions-every-year-than-planned-parenthood/)

Abortions Annually
China 9,173,100
United States 1,213,000
Russian Federation 1,208,700
International PP Federation 977,189
India 641,800
Vietnam 332,200
PP USA 327,653
Japan 242,300
France 198,200
England and Wales 189,800
Turkey 177,100
Azerbaijan 159,700

         The issue of abortion, theological speaking, is not a complicated one. One verse settles the whole matter, Jeremiah 1:5 tells us,

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you;

Before you were born I sanctified you;

I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” (NKJV)

         Before we were form in the womb of our mothers God already knew us and already set us apart with a purpose. Abortion stands completely against that. If you, as a Christian, decide not to vote, that is your right and I respect you. By not voting you are actually making a statement. However, this article is directed to those who, calling themselves Christians, support this demonic agenda of abortion.

        You may say, “well Angel, there are other issues.” You are correct, there are many other issues we can talk about; however the unborn cannot defend his/herself; they do not have a voice! We better speak up, speak out and act out if necessary; for the Lord will held this nation and the nations of the world accountable for these crimes!
